The Raptors organization is run entirely by volunteers, allowing us to keep the cost of joining affordable for your family.  Due to the number of volunteers it takes to run a weekend, we must require ALL families of athletes to volunteer. 
We require that each family complete TWO volunteer sessions per family (unless stated elsewhere).

Kindly review your calendar, your athlete’s schedule, and the available volunteer opportunities and schedule accordingly.  Volunteer hours may be filled by parents, older siblings, grandparents, or even friends.

If you have conflicts or have problems fulfilling the volunteer requirement, please reach out to your team parent or our volunteer coordinator, Lisa Keller, as soon as possible.  The schedules and opportunities are released early in the season to help mitigate the chance of scheduling issues.


Additionally, we monitor who has completed their required volunteer time throughout the season.  Families who don't fulfill the volunteer requirement for the season will forfeit their $100 deposit at the end of the season.

Please include your FIRST and LAST NAME when signing up to volunteer. Also, your athlete’s full name must be included in the sign-up.  Doing so will ensure your athlete receives the credit for completing your required volunteer hours.

NEW this year, you are responsible for checking in for your shift to receive credit for your volunteer time.  On game days, report to the concession stand to check in.
