Banquet
The end of the year banquet is held typically on the Monday and Tuesday of the third week of October and is held at a local restaurant. Monday’s banquet is for the 3rd & 4th grade football and cheer athletes. Tuesday’s banquet is for the 5th & 6th grade football and cheer athletes.
Fliers and response forms for the banquet will be handed out during the last couple weeks of the season. Banquet response forms must be returned by the last practice night.
During the banquet we celebrate all the accomplishments of the season. Pictures taken throughout the season, by our team photographers, are put into a slideshow presented during the banquet. Annual awards and academic awards are handed out. Also raffle baskets will be drawn for each team for those that are present at the banquet. During the 5th and 6th grade banquet, high school senior athletes will speak, and four-year awards are also handed out.
Awards
Annual Awards – each year players will receive an award.
1st year – small metal
2nd year – large metal
3rd year – plaque
4th year – trophy
Academic Awards – the top 20% of all athletes will receive an academic award
For your player to be considered for an academic award, please email a copy of your player's last report card from the previous school year to: [email protected]. Deadline is the end of the day of the first game.

Official Coaches : $0 - Costs covered as a thank you
Board Members: $0 - Costs covered as a thank you
Costs for families are kept as low as possible. Children under 5 are free. See banquet form for current year costs.
