Weather

Weather such as mild rain, snow, and wind do not cause the board to cancel practices. Teams have to play in the weather, therefore some practices may be held in it. Please make sure your athlete is dressed appropriately.

If inclement weather is on the horizon, we will look at the forecast and make the best determination that we can. If it looks like the weather would cancel a large part of practice or a game, we may cancel. We try to update Facebook, our website, TeamReach, and contact coaches and team parents as least one hour prior to practice/game. If there is a potential for inclement weather, please stay at practice/game and do not leave. Raptors coaches cannot leave until all children are picked up.

If there is lightning in the area, we MUST STOP practice/game for 30 minutes, as this is a WIAA rule and best for athlete safety.
